My colleagues and I had thought of changing fairs for our students. Normally we go to CeBIT in Hanover every year, but we have over the last year been wondering whether that fair is really the best one. We went to IFA in Berlin, but things we saw there were things we saw at CeBIT two years ago. On the other hand there were more of hands-on at IFA, but we have decided to go to Hanover every year, purely for the reason of being able to see the latest innovations.

We also visited the German Technical Museum and the Olympic Stadium to see the game between Hertha Berlin and Wolfsburg on 1 September.
