Germany May 2013
My pupils studying German at level 5 at the upper secondary school and I visited Frankfurt am Main for two days before heading for my friends Frank, Claudia, and Max Kiel in Eisenach. The idea was that first they should see a big German city and then stay in a German family also for two days learning everyday German. In Frankfurt am Main we visited museums like the Goethe Museum, the Staedel Museum, and the Money Museum. In Eisenach we were invited to barbeques and visited Wartburg, home of Martin Luther for 10 months in 1521 and 1522, and spoke German with a lot of people.
