Ehrenmal in Tiergarten

The Russians built monuments all around Berlin in memory of their capture of Berlin. The Tiergarten happened, unfortunately for the Russians, to be in the British sector and then this fine monument was in West Berlin, and not in the East. The Russian soldiers were granted access to the Ehrenmal anyway, even though many West Berliners did not like it.
