Cuxhaven and the Coast

Occasionally I see number plates beginning with CUX, and I am then reminded of the city of Cuxhaven. In 2008 it was time to actually see the city in reality. We were lucky with the weather, as can be seen from the pictures. We had wanted to see the low tide here, but the water was at its highest. We also learnt that the low tide would occur around 19.15 in the evening.
