The study tour with TE 06 went to a number of places in Germany and Poland: Berlin, Breslau, Cracow, Auschwitz, Dresden, Hanover with the CeBIT-exhibition and finally back to Berlin. It was especially poignant to see the gas chambers at Auschwitz, but the shock of having visited the gas chambers came a few days later.

In Dresden we saw all the familiar sights like, the Zwinger, Hofkirche, the Semper Opera, The Castle and Frauenkirche. I went all the way to the top of the church this year and the view was very good from the cupola. The CeBIT in Hanover was as always filled with the latest technical gears.
