St Pauls

UK and Norway 2016

We absolutely loved being in England this year. We started off the journey with a day in London, but then went to Oxford and Norwich. It was the first time in Norwich for us and it was fantastic there. In London we visited our beloved parks, Buckingham Palace, a mass in Westminster Abbey and turfed. We stayed in Leyton, which was a little bit longer out than previous years, but it worked out ok. One cool thing was that we could stand in two hemispheres, the western and the Eastern at Greenwich. The normal thing is to go to the museum and stand on their line, but as we knew that the line has moved I downloaded a GPS locator and found the line approximately 102,5 meters from the line at the museum.

We have seen that bus no 12 goes to Dulwich Library ever since we started going to London. This year it was time to actually visit it, which we did. A small library, but nevertheless a library, which is perhaps unusual as the endstop for a bus line.

When we got back to Sweden we took part in the Mercedes W123 Event in Västerås and then decided to go to Oslo for one day.

Length of Stay in London: Wednesday 27 July-Saturday 6 August 2016.

Means of Transportation within Sweden: Mercedes W212.

Means of Transportation from Sweden to England: Norwegian.
